Common questions

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep your existing business number. We give you a LocalWins number that your line forwards to when you can't pick up. Customers never see it — they only see your normal business number on caller ID.

What happens if I'm on the phone or out of signal?

Same flow. The call routes to LocalWins, doesn't connect, and the caller gets the text-back automatically. You see the lead the moment you're back in signal.

Won't I get spam to the LocalWins number?

Very little. The number isn't advertised — only customers who already rang your real business line ever reach it. Plus we honour STOP / unsubscribe instantly on our end.

What about bad reviews on Google?

The whole point. The review gate filters: 4-5★ customers go straight to your Google profile (one-tap review). 1-3★ customers go to a private feedback form that emails you — they never reach Google unless you fail to fix the issue.

How long does setup take?
